I’ve spent my career taking unknown brands, products, and services and turning them into top-3 globally recognized names—because what’s the point of great design if no one remembers it? At Microsoft’s Customer Experience (CX) organization (18,000+ employees), I led brand strategy and design, building scalable identity systems and marketing campaigns that actually got people to engage.
