THE OPPORTUNITY
To bridge the business need and creative talent to articulate core service offerings in an approachable, friendly, and fun way.
THE SOLUTION
I directed the execution of six videos. I delivered graphic source material and a brief to an outside vendor, and worked with them to develop a script, storyboard, and motion concepts. I coordinated all necessary approvals and status updates to global stakeholders, all within a defined launch date and under budget. Three examples of the videos follow.

Annual performance numbers
THE OPPORTUNITY
Express the company’s annual performance figures consistently across 500+ offices around the globe.
THE SOLUTION
This video was the marquee delivery the annual roll-out of updated performance statistics that I managed. The infographic animation is easily redubbed in different languages without the added costs of producing a additional variations. The video on YouTube has surpassed 11k views. The full roll out included dozens of updated marketing templates, resources and published features, accessed by 15,000 employees globally.
Where it all comes together
THE OPPORTUNITY
An ongoing initiative of the organization was to increase video output. This challenge was compounded by regional variability of service style and the frequency of organizational changes.
THE SOLUTION
Putting the camera on the client allowed Colliers to build their client-focussed persona, gave the client some free promotion, and stockpiled more “evergreen” content to feature. I helped to curate a global collection of client videos, and worked with a vendor to weave them into a single showcase telling an overarching story of client-focused global service.
