THE OPPORTUNITY
ICSC RECon is an annual gathering of 32,000 developers, owners, retailers and lenders for education and deal making. This is the largest commercial real estate conference in the world and Colliers has one of the biggest booths on the floor.

THE SOLUTION
The booth design includes several client meeting rooms, I themed around buzzwords that are equally touted as Colliers differentiators and client drivers. (e.g. “The Impact”, “The Expertise”, “The Drive” etc.) I created the supporting decorative artwork suggesting various types of retail finishings. (Stainless steel kitchen, leather boutique, frosted glass spa.)

THE OPPORTUNITY
ICSC RECon booth design included several large tiled monitors and content was needed to display Colliers brand, and impart key messages to a short attention span audene.

THE SOLUTION
Video signage wrapped around booth registration projected the company logo over a backdrop of dynamic footage of major cities and retail client types. Vertical monitors included a live cascade of social media with surrounding signage promoting dozens of custom graphics, hashtags and promotions of my creation

THE OPPORTUNITY
Transform a tired hotel atrium into an inspirational convergence point of brand and people.

THE SOLUTION
I produced a cling-wrap product showcasing the brand, key messaging, and featured employees. In partnership with events staff, we identified the best areas of the conference to brand, I worked with leadership to develop the message and identify the staff, and finally directed the photography and design layout with event designer.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Take advantage of a prominent communal area of the Atlanta Marriott Marquis to both provide brand awareness to casual foot traffic as well as welcome conference attendees.

THE SOLUTION
I designed an image-mapped projection graphic to conveys the company’s scope and inspires conference attendees, using just a few words. The dynamic design was easily adjusted to each session and sponsor.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Label office conference rooms, providing each one with a unique identity .

THE SOLUTION
Each conference room was named for iconic features of the Pacific Northwest. Rather than typical nameplates I created an economical etched glass effect with a vinyl cling. My design boldly asserts the name of the room, mountain itself, and a fun spirit that the workplace cultivated.
